Hi - we arrived in Arcos earlier this week and are staying in a rented apartment. I need to sort out health insurance, padron, bank account, residencia etc but have limited time as I'm also working remotely full-time. Can anyone point me towards someone who could help guide me through the process? Preferably English-speaking but just Spanish-speaking would be OK. Not looking for a freebie, more a paid fixer!

We are moving to Chiclana on 7 th November 2020 and flying into Gibraltar. We are taking a 6 month rental before buying a place. Does anyone know if there will be any problem getting into Spain from Gibraltar now Andalucia’s borders are closed?

We will have a rental agreement we can show but it won’t be signed as we can’t sign it until we get there.

This is my first post to the Forum ... I am looking for recommendations for a good lawyer in the Chiclana area to help purchase a property. What we are ideally looking for is someone who understands the process of purchasing a house in Chiclana (for a non-resident like us), and who is able to guide us financially as to what to do and not to do.

I am English and my wife Spanish, currently living in Oxford UK but planning our early retirement in the Chiclana area. We are therefore non-residents in Spain at the moment. We have found a property we wish to purchase. We currently have a house in Medina Sidonia which we would also look to sell eventually. 

Any help and advise most welcome.
