All the major carriers have fibre in most of Chiclana.  There are spots it does not reach in the 'campo' areas.  Movistar has english speakers on the help line.  Go to the web site and the give them a call.  Competitive prices.

I'm in the 'Campo' and use an LTE router with good speeds.  Not fiber but good enough for video conferencing and uploading files to github.

Try Wifi Sancti Petri. They have fibre now, and they allow you to take "breaks" if you are not in Spain for a time. They do not bind you into a contract either, and they have English speaking customer service. Have been with them for years and very content. On another not, check Chifra, the Chiclana Expat organisation, which keeps you up to date about all legal changes. Membership is free. Welcome to Chiclana!
