Looking for someone who loves gardens to help me with mine. No lawns, just terrace planting. Looking for someone with green fingers and a good eye to do some nice planting and maintenance. I want to express my gratitude for creating this community.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Andalusia and Jerez, and I have fallen in love with the area. I believe that Jerez has great potential and I am considering buying a property/apartment to convert into short-term holiday rentals. Additionally, I would like to spend some time living there each year.

I have a few questions that I hope you can help me answer. Is it a good idea to invest in Jerez's property market? Does tourism in Jerez continue all year round, or are there specific times when it is more popular? Also, I noticed many old buildings; would it be a good option to purchase one of these properties and refurbish it?
