Hi everyone, we have recently been granted temporary residency and have sanitas health insurance. My question is, do we have to register with a specific local doctor and dentist like we do in the UK? And also will we qualify for the covid vaccine and if so how do they notify us please? Thanks in anticipation!

Emigrating to Alcaidesa with my cat - 4 replies
Hello future neighbours!
I'm being a house in Alcaidesa and want to bring my cat with me next July. BA (partnered with PetAir) is quoting £1200 plus, which seems excessive for such a short trip. I hear Iberia does it for around 150E. Any suggestions please?
Thank you in advance

Promaga built apartments on San Roque Club - 12 replies
Hello everyone, we intend to move to the San Roque area later this year. The apartments on The San Roque Club look interesting but I wondered if anyone knows of problems with damp and the general financial stability of the Communities as many properties seem to be empty and owned by banks as the original developer went bankrupt. Any information would be very welcome.
Thank you
Andy
How damp is Chiclana - 2 replies
Hi there
after searching for a long time for an area to buy in Spain after selling my property in La Calla, all roads point to Chincalana. i always knew that Cadiz province was a bit cooler and rained a bit more than other regions of Spain, but.
My main concern is the humidity and dampness that i read about in dispatches.
I really need to understand the severity of both, i have researched weather charts etc but none explain how damp or how rainy it is in this region. Is Colina less humid and dampness ?
I would like to hear from people how it impacts on their lives and propertys or does it have no effect at all.
This is one topic that estate agents and vendors will not offer willinglly.

Asesor / tax returns - 0 replies
Hi
Any recommendations for an asesor or gestor - a reliable one, I hasten to add - who could do my tax returns?
I don't run a business (I'm a private tutor) and filing my taxes is the only area I need help with. I know that small businesses hire a gestor on a monthly retainer, but I wouldn't have need of this nor would I have the funds really.
Many thanks in advance!
