Good Morning Everyone, 

We are purchasing our forever home in Jerez , after being lockdown in Sevilla for 7 months!! We’re likely to move in by August this year. We would love to know if there are any Spainish Language teachers that would be able to come to our home and teach my husband and I , Spanish ‘conversation. It’s been difficult during the Pandemic in Sevilla and we desperately want to learn. Any hints and tips for settling would also be extremely helpful. Also I do not know if this is an acceptable ask but are there English/ Spanish speakers who would be able to help us change our Padron , Residency and Healthcare details, or be able to advise best way of dealing with these things please.   Many Thanks , have a good day everyone

I am intending to relocate to the Arcos de la Frontera area this summer and have been looking at house prices in Arcos. There are quite a number of houses in the old town and at the edge that seem incredibly cheap, like around £60000 for a 2/3 bedroom house. It even looks like they are generally in good condition and need barely more than cosmetic work. As I am aware that there are problems with illegal houses in Spain I am of course suspicious but can't see how these old buildings can be illegal. I wonder if anyone can offer any explanations and if there are maybe other things I need to watch out for. Many thanks in advance for your thoughts.....

Hi my name's Daisy me and my husband have lived in gran Canaria for 30 years but last year lost our buisness through coronavirus.
