Does anyone know of any keyholding businesses in Chiclana who can visit a holiday property regularly whilst the owner is away

My husband lost a wallet today at el coto cafeteria close to Iberostar Andalus. I would appreciate if you let us know if you find it. 

My name is Mike and I am married to Spanish national Maria del Carmen. We currently live in the UK (Oxford) but we are planning to move to Chiclana in the next 12-18 months where we already have a house. I plan to continue working for my current employer (Madrid office) for the immediate future after moving to Spain, before we eventually retire in sunny Chiclana.

Hi, 

We live in La Barrosa and we are looking for a swimming pool technician (or plumber who understands pools) in the Chiclana area?

We have an issue with the skimmer lines (pipes) from the pool to the pump, which are either blocked or need repairing.

This is used diesel generator no longer needed due to the new Solar installation and I need the space for other items. It will require servicing because it has not been used for a while. A reasonable offer will be considered. You can check the specifications online. We are planning to relocate to beautiful Chiclana within the next 18 months, and are currently busy planning both practical and financial aspects of our move.

I wanted to ask if any locals could offer an indication on how much monthly utilities would expect to cost us? Gas, water, electricity and internet etc. Plus any extras we may need to consider. 

A rough guide or estimate will be more than enough to help us with our planning.

H some advice if possible. My gas is provided by Naturgy. Previously they have read the meters in the finca on the Azotea of the block. Now they have asked me to take a meter reading.I am in the uk at the moment and have phoned a vecino to identify our meter but she isnt able to locate it amongst the other meters. She has taken photos of each one.  I have a numero de referencia on my previous Bills but it doesn't match up with any of the meters on the Azotea. can anyone help
