Gas Meter

H some advice if possible. My gas is provided by Naturgy. Previously they have read the meters in the finca on the Azotea of the block. Now they have asked me to take a meter reading.I am in the uk at the moment and have phoned a vecino to identify our meter but she isnt able to locate it amongst the other meters. She has taken photos of each one. I have a numero de referencia on my previous Bills but it doesn't match up with any of the meters on the Azotea. can anyone help
