Hi everyone,
Newcomer to the group and was wondering if anyone has some good advice on buying an apartment in chiclana de la Frontera 2 or 3 bed. Have looked on idealists and foto casa, but don't know what the areas are like. Streets I came across were calle sevilla, calIe Roma, Residencial conde de maule, calle siroco. Iam currently in seville and looking to move closer to the coast. Have heard some things, like a lot of the property on the market there is illegal. Does that apply to Apts too? Would like to stay on the southern side of the river if possible on a decent street. But not entirely ruling out Campo de futbol area for example. Price wise around 60-100k.
