Hi  I have owned a property in Conil for many years and I am now considering remortgaging it to fund improvements but also to free up some equity to buy a place in the UK.  I was wondering if anyone had any experience of this and would know of a reliable mortgage broker in the area who could advise me further? Hola!My husband and I, along with our 9yr old golden retriever, are looking to rent a finca or casa for as long as possible. It must have a fairly large garden, as I miss growing my own fruits and veggies, and wouldn't mind keeping a few chickens as well. Well water is much more preferable than municipal, but filters could remedy that. We are currently living on the Costa del Sol. Our lease here is soon to end. It was nice to spend months on the mediterranean sea, now its time to live on the ocean. Thanks for letting me post here. Hoping to meet some cool people to share good knowledge and fun! Goldie
