I am looking for a rental for February 2024 for the month in central Coñil. Can anyone recommend a local rental company with these sort of properties? Ideally for 5, including 2 bathrooms, a terrace and parking close by? Need a reliable company. Thank you.

Hello there. I am after some info about Costa de la Luz please. For the last few years we have been holidaying in the Vera/Mojacar region of Almería which we enjoy but are considering de la Luz for a change however we know nothing about the province. We holiday for a month or sometimes two off season twice yearly and would like some input of how the two areas compare if anyone knows? We understand there are similarities between the two and don't like high rise. Thanking you in advance.

I am looking for someone or a company local to Conil De La Frontera to help me rent out my property for some parts of the year. It would include meeting guests, handovers and servicing the apartment when required.
