Thank you

Hi there,

How's the housing market in San Roque? Heard its hard to buy as the demand is high!

Any suggestions of areas in San Roque pueblo to avoid?

Thank you 😊

Hi!

There are still places to be found, mainly in San Roque old part of town.

I will definetely avoid:

La Barriada de la Paz

Los Olivillos

Miraflores

A nice place to buy near San Roque is a place called Palmones, it is by the beach with loads of places to eat and drink and close to shops and motorway.

Thank you so much for getting back :)

How's night life there? Not looking to party but wondering if bars all shut down in the evenings and/or in winter time? I understand it's more of a family town.

Does it have fresh food markets/butchers?

What about Palmones? Is it quite alive too?

San Roque hasn't got much of a nightlife, people tend to go to the surroundings for food and drink, to La Linea for example.

Shopping wise, it has everything you need: Supermarkets, butchers,, newsagents, Chemist, etc.

Palmones is more lively, specially in the summer, I believe is worth visiting if you are thinking of buying around that area.

Palmones belongs to Los Barrios not to San Roque.
