My husband and I, both pensioners, and possibly one of my adult sons, are hoping to move close to Gibraltar this year and we really don´t know the area. San Roque looks like a nice place to live. I'd be very grateful for any feedback on places to look at, places to avoid. We have a large dog who doesn´t need much exercise, nonetheless somewhere with a little greenery around would be lovely. It would also be good to know of a vet and medical services.  I probably have lots of questions but that's a start!!

Is there a gerstoria in this area that deals with domestic problems, ie change of driving licence, re-register your car and get forms for register at the local centre salud, and can you choose which salud you use ie sotogrande guardario

Hello everyone, we intend to move to the San Roque area later this year.  The apartments on The San Roque Club look interesting but I wondered if anyone knows of problems with damp and the general financial stability of the Communities as many properties seem to be empty and owned by banks as the original developer went bankrupt.   Any information would be very welcome.
