medical centre and doctors

With private medical insurance or do you have State health care?

My husband has private medical insurance, I am with the Spanish health insurance.

We are considering moving to the Sotogrande/San Roque area and wanted to know if there are any English Speaking doctors and medical centres locally?

My family tells me that the State health centres in San Roque village don’t have English speaking doctors. 

I have private insurance and usually go to the Quiron hospital in Palmones, where many      doctors speak some English. There is a private doctor in the San Roque village, although he speaks no English.

 I understand that there are medical centres and clinics in the Sotogrande area where English is more widely spoken.
