I'm currently a male primary school teacher in Scotland. In the next few years my wife and I are looking at moving out to Spain permanently. We have good friends in Chiclana and hope to move close to them and we've visited the area 3 times in the past year. I just wondered what the opportunities were like for someone like me working in Chiclana / Cadiz / Andalusia in general. By the way my specialism is early years but I have worked right across the primary sector. Where or who would you suggest I contact to get my name 'out there', for want of a better expression?

I have a friend who owns her own kindergarten school in Chiclana, I could ask her to network with you if you like. Other than teaching english, there are few jobs available for non spanish speaking newcomers.
Regards,
Lesley.
