Inheritance Tax help and guidance

My father has had a house near Chiclana for over 30 years . He has recently passed leaving , via Spanish will , to myself and 2 siblings . I understand that I must register his death via a translated will within 6 months . Can anyone recommend an English speaking solicitor/notary, based in Chiclana , to help me through the paperwork or is it possible to do it on line or some otherway ?
