Thinking of moving to Chiclana - help please

We are currently looking at a potential move in the future to Chiclana & would like any help as regards:
1) I have a pacemaker & want to know which hospital would be used for pacemaker checks & new box change in the future. Is there anyone living there having this done?
2) My husband has daily medication for heart problems. How do we obtain this?
3) With Brexit coming up, if we relocate beforehand, what happens after Brexit? Does anyone know?
There will be more questions which we would like help with at a later date such as getting our dog there by road, recommended vets, Doctors, dentist & Spanish lessons
