Hello,

My wife and I were wondering if there were any walking groups in the Province of Cadiz. We're not interested in hiking the Himalayas but finding new walking routes, seeing more of our beautiful corner of spain and meeting new people. If anyone has any advice or tips, I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

Hello, Happy New Year!
My partner and I recently move to this magical white village of Ubrique. Here the people of Ubrique have a passion for walking with many walking trails. I believe there is a walking group. We live a stones throw from the center with the most spectacular mountain views. Every morning there are walkers passing by our house of all ages. Look up Ubrique's website and it will give you an insight of the routes. As well Ubrique is famous for it's leather industry and the famous Roman Ruin of Ocuri.Email me, if you plan a visit we have a self contained apartment for an overnight stay so you can explore this lovely village. It is in the Serrra de Grazelema.Best wishes,Lesley Horn.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply about Ulbrique. We know the village well having visited several times in our 18 years in Cadiz. I appreciate the tips on the walking group. I'll have a look and see what I can find online. Many thanks.
