Hi - I bought my house in Sanlucar de Barrameda approximately 8/9 years ago through Cadizcasa, then owned by a Scottish retired policeman and his wife. They were excellent and, of course, English speaking. However, they subsequently sold the business and retired, and I do not know how the current owners operate. Why not, if time permits, ask any Brits, Americans, Canadians etc. people who have recently purchased property in the area who they would recommend. A visit to two or three different regional estate agents to investigate recent sales to English speaking people would help  - just ask them if it is possible to contact recent purchasers. They can only say no. Also check if there is a British or English speaking network in the Costa La Luz for further info.
