You can find a British GP and her husband, a fluent English ophthalmologist in Jerez de la Frontera. She has most of her appointments at the HLA Jerez. He has a private practice. They are wonderful. You would need to check for insurance as HLA is a private hospital. 

In Sanlucar, there is an English speaking gynaecologist, also working with the private insurers. Our dentist also speaks English.
