I have been looking for information on relocating with Covid still out there. We are not planning on leaving until July which i would hope that it is over. Yet, as a precaution, are they still issuing long term visas? Thanks for any help!

You need to take an appointment at https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/icpplus/citar , the process is much slower and with backlog, but they are processing cases. We received our residence card in November.
