Hi just wondering what are the restrictions in place at the moment, do you have to wear masks to go out the house?

Can three people travel in a car?

What if you forget your mask?

Basically simple.

You have to wear a mask outside of your house except when seated in a restaurant or in your car.  Common sense.  3 can be in a car.  If you forget the mask go home and get it.  I carry spares in the glove compartment and the wife always has a spare in her handbag.

All common sense when you consider how CV19 is spread.

Thanks very much for the info and tips.

It would be nice to be able to go for a decent brisk walk without a mask on (and good for me) but the rules are the rules, might not risk going in the bars myself and will never see the the sense in saying no need for a mask in a bar but need for one in the street.

The mask at all times came into force because the rules were being abused by some many people it got crazy.  You should not be concerned about wearing a mask while walking.  Here's a vid to prove the point.

I must thank you once again for the information and tips, but I fail to see the relevance of the link,

I have zero concern re oxygen levels!! (re mask wearing that is)

The wearing off masks seems to be off very little effect hence the second wave off infection.

The purpose of the mask is to keep whatever germs the wearer has to him/herself  in limited circumstances this seems sound but if you wear masks for long periods of time you just end up spreading the germs around differently. Also if it is effective at keeping germs in then surly wearing it increase the viral load of any infection you may have.

The best defense an individual can have is not being Obese and preferably not being overweight, also to have good cardio vascular health; in order to maintain good healthy lungs  its a good idea to regularly do exercise that makes you breath somewhat heavily, to use your lungs capacity and to cycle good fresh air  around them

In Medina I find a quick walk from the town center  to the castle is a fair enough work out, and doesn't risk twisting an ankle like jogging, I have to go to Medina in any case but was toying with  the idea of going out for a couple of months, not to sure I will now

Certainly walking in the street posses less risk than sitting in a bar, I will however follow whatever illogical rule the authorities impose either that or not go, sort of thing, but really I am not about to buy into the need for it.

Also hand washing with soap and warm water regularly is very effective and there is good science as to its effectiveness

I am looking for a transport (small company) for a small load going to London from Medina Sidonia. Only a few personal things, a rug, a bench, couple tables some pictures and books. It would fit in a car boot.
