I currently live in Seville, but I'm looking to move closer to a coastal area, maybe Costa del Luz. I'm looking for a Spanish lifestyle, (I've lived in Spain since 1989), but with a sprinkling of an ex-pat community. Options would be welcome. I'm looking at a place in Puerta del Sur, Jerez, is this a good neighbourhood?

...Jerez, is this a good neighbourhood?
What about Vejer de la Frontera close to El Palmar and the beach. A very Spanish town with a sprinkling of ex pats. Mains water.
Conil gorgeous beach with mains water or El Colorado. Barbate, gorgeous beach, mains water, true Spanish town, inexpensive to buy but few ex pats.
