Can anyone recommend the best way to get from Malaga airport or   City to Jerez de la Frontera?   I’d be interested in bus schedules or recommendations on private drivers.   Thanks in advance.

Also is there daily bus service to/from Jerez to Ronda.

It’s awkward and I haven’t been able to find out the bus connections between Malaga and Ronda and Ronda and Jerez. Someone in Spain might be able to photograph the timetables at the bus stations?

I know there’s a bus from La Linea (next to Gibraltar) at 4.30pm to Cadiz, taking about 2.5 hours, and there are lots of buses and trains from Cadiz to Jerez. And presumably there are frequent buses from Malaga down the Costa del Sol to Gibraltar?

I'd say not easy and a bit of a trek. You can also take a train from Malaga via Cordoba to Jerez which is probably the quickest.

The Alsa and Comes bus companies run in the area.

Yes, an excellent idea. By train, changing at Córdoba, apparently only about £25 for the entire journey to Jerez!

Choo, choo🚂, good luck.

Buses are quite limited in the area. If you are waiting for one don't worry it's coming, they are generally late. 🤣

Thanks so much.   I’ll start pursuing this option via Córdoba…..or maybe even renting a car!
