Snakes in my garden

We are in the countryside between Jerez and El Puerto. Many times we see a thin but more than 1 meter long snake or the skin it has shed in the garden. I would like to know what kind it /they are (there are small ones too, 30cms long, young ones I think) and if they are dangerous. I very nearly stepped on one once. It did not attack but slid away from me. Photo below
