Short term residential home for patient respite

My brother lives in Jerez and is well looked after by his partner, however over time the stress has affected their relationship and I think a week or a couple of weeks in a resi home for my brother would do them both a lot of good.

My brother is suffering from cancer and has had a stroke. He does get up but need help with showering, dressing, and going to the toilet. He does sit up in a chair during the day. 

Are there any homes near Jerez that could accommodate him, it has to be near Jerez as he has a fair number of hospital appointments, so he needs to be close to the hospital.
