Hope someone cal help!

We recently moved here from London and need to find someone to look after our lovely chocolate labrador for the Christmas holidays.... Ideally we would love to find someone who's home she could go and stay in, but worst case a great kennel. She's very fond of humans, in particular children, so really we would love for her just to go and stay with a family for the time so they could all love each other!!

Any suggestions would be massively appreciated!

Thanks a lot

Emma and Chris

Hi Emma and Chris,

I am a bit of a drive away from you, between Vejer de la Frontera and Barbate in the country.

I have had dogs all my life (mostly Labradors) and am currently renting after travelling for 4 years. I have also experience of dog sitting, mostly in the Alpujarras in Granada where I have been looking after a relative’s small finca, but also in the UK walking my neighbour’s border collie daily and fostering an elderly chocolate lab, after our last family retriever died.

My place here is modest but with some secure outside space but there are lots of places to walk from my door, especially the woods of La Brena and I am a short drive from the wonderful beaches, El Palmer especially with its 7+kms stretch of sand.

The part of your request I can’t meet is children - I am currently on my own over Christmas in the house with family coming out later.

I look forward to hearing from you but totally understand if you feel it is too far to come,

Sylv

Thanks so much for your message! And don’t worry it’s not too far to come at all to find the right person! You sound perfect! Poppy would love to have you all to herself!

How much would you charge per day? We want to go home for about 2 and half weeks ideally - 20th Dec - roughly 6th Jan - if we can afford you then I think you sound amazing! She would love it!

Thanks

Emma
