Unfortunately not in Pto Santa Maria but I can recommend a dentist that works Tuesdays all day morning /afternoon in Chiclana de la frontera>

There are 2 women who run a dental surgery in Valdelagrana. They are very nice and friendly, and not expensive. They don't take advantage or try to sell you extra stuff.

Thank you. Meantime Ive been to Donovan Dental in Rota. American dentist & Spanish wife are both dentists. Fabulous clinic. I’m sorted so far.
