A big hello!

Good evening.  We have just discovered your website and this excellent forum for El Gastor.

Having visited a couple of weeks ago and falling in love with the place, we now find ourselves buying our end home in the most delightful of villages.  

We cannot wait to move over and start to discover the area, especially the lake and mountains.  We will be needing help to settle into the community and into the house and hopefully, this forum will be a lifesaver.

We have so much to learn, including the language and local expectations of the residents - parking and emptying the bins for example.  I’m sure we will make mistakes and learn the hard way but if there are people on here I can approach for advice, it would be very reassuring.

Looking forward to hearing from anyone in the area.
