Are there lots of expats here?

We are considering a move here. we speak some spanish but several of the posts ive just read from 2019 share there are very few British expats in Conil / Chiclana.
We have two young boys who are not very social becuase they spend so much time together and are best friends. We are currently in Cataluna and moving the boys into catalan school was a bad move for us, they have struggled tremendously and did not /become 'fluent in a few months' as many predicted. We tried hard for 5 months but pulled them out for emotional health.
Also looking for yoga for me, golf for hubby - we are very isolated here and definitely want to find community. we are visiting in 2 weeks to consider it! any comments welcomed.

Hi there are lots of Germans in Conil. There are some British immigrants in the area probably more in Chiclana, though I have no idea of the numbers. I guess this whole area doesn't bring so many foreigners.

May be best to find a Facebook page for the different towns, which are generally more used than this site.

There's loads yoga and alternativey stuff and there are some golf clubs.

Great use of immigrants 👍🏼

The Chiclana Chat page on FB is quite busy. I'd recommend having a look at that to get an idea of what's going on.

And yes, Chiclana area has more British immigrants than Conil, but a large proportion would be retired.
