COVID PCR tests following positive lateral flow in Conil.

Looking for advice on what to do following a positive lateral flow test for covid. Due to be returning to UK in 3 days, but I presume that is out of the question now. Can you tell me if you can isolate in your holiday accommodation? How do I go about getting a PCR test, as presumably I cannot attend a clinic? Any help would be much appreciated, UK government advice is very vague. I do speak (rusty) Spanish if that helps.
