I will be staying in Conil De La Frontera for the next year and I will be working from home and I am not sure how to find out if there is a phone line to my apartment (no one seems to know this) and also, what is the best broadband provider with the fastest Internet speeds in this town and hopefully with English speaking operators.

I use Telefonica and though slightly more expensive I do find the speeds fast and reliable.
