Loud noise

Beginning to think it's an alien invasion!!! 

Hi,  I was told that the noise comes from blasting when making the concrete building blocks (not  bricks)!  Nothing to worry about, lol.

Thanks was beginning to think I must be imagining it lol. Glad it's nothing to worry about!! 

Someone told me its the military base near Rota doing military stuff......

Ah sounds plausible... Spookily since I mentioned it there don't seem to have been so many. I'm sure we'll get so used to it we won't even notice after a while lol

I am re-opening this post regarding loud bangs near Chiclana...

I live in La Barrosa and can hear LOUD Bangs (e.g. explosions) coming from a distance ... a deep BOOMING sound. I heard these again around 11am this morning (7th Apr 2022).

Any ideas what these long booming sounds are - maybe military or construction?

I live 2 miles from air base, never heard them so must be local to Chiclana
