I'm new to Sotogrande area. My current electric utility has no English customer service.  I would like to change.  Any recommendations??

Endesa is easy to use through the app and has english functions for WhatsApp and online chat, they also have English telephone operators not sure how competitive they are for pricing but I have had no issues that I couldn’t resolve through the functions above.

I have recently had to deal with the complicated task of taking over the electricity contract of my recently deceased uncle. The company was EnergiaXX1 (I think they are part of Endesa). I dealt with English speaking customer service agents and the website and app have English versions. As I am in the UK I use the app to monitor usage.

Hi and thank you very much for this information. I will definitely contact them right away.  You have been very helpful as trying to handle this from San Francisco has been a nightmare.  Thanks again.
