Hello,
I am a recent transplant to Spain.I lived in the British Virgin Islands for the past 40 years, however, in September 2017, my home there was destroyed by hurricane Irma and I evacuated to Europe. I am originally an Irish citizen.
My question to this forum is as follows: I am interested in purchasing property in La Alcaidesa, but am concerned that there are insufficient permanent residents anywhere in that area to make for an interesting life. I would hate to buy somewhere which is packed tight with people all summer but totally empty in winter.
Can anyone comment on this, please?
